Well, we didn't end up making it to the beach last Saturday because I foolishly didn't realize that "Can I go fishing Saturday morning?" Meant coming home at 4pm. The funniest thing I heard though was the next morning he asked "Can I go golfing?" Ya, I didn't even need to respond to that one... other than my laughter. So Sunday we made our way to the beach! It was pretty windy, but warm and we all had a great time. Jacob swam and played in the water like a fish!
Tomorrow we are off to Adam & Danielle's place on Lake Leelanau with a few other friends for some lake side fun during the day and I think Sunday we might spend some time on Elk Lake with Mark and Lisa. Not sure if we will try to fit in fireworks this weekend or not... we'll see.
Oh and in honor of being (or almost being, depending on who you ask) in the second trimester I've added a name poll on the left. These are the top 4 we agree on so far, but we are open to any and all suggestions! Especially for middle names for girls. Please leave comments with name ideas!

Don't you love the way that men "communicate"??? And I picked names in your poll! I picked Austin because I have TERRIBLE name association with all boys named Alex (being a teacher) and my cousin's name is Jenna and she's an awesome girl!! :)
I should say ALMOST all Alexes :) I don't want to terrify you too much! ;)
For obvious reasons, I don't think you could go wrong with the name Jenna. :)
