September Camping

We went camping last weekend alone for the first time (usually we camp with Dennis, Kyra and Cori). We ended up at the National Forest Campground near our house and couldn't believe that it was nearly sold out! We were shocked since it was after Labor Day, bad economy and all. We had our pick of about 6 rustic (read - no electricity) sites. So we decided to really rough it - especially since we forgot flash lights! Luckily, we didn't have to rough it that bad because our battery had enough left in it to power the light inside the pop up. Both boys were asleep by 9pm which allowed Aaron and I lots of adult time hanging out by the fire.
