My little Brody is a year already, crazy! At his birthday party I kept thinking I was faking that he was this old already. Like his birthday isn't for another 5 months or so, but we just wanted a party so we had one. It just doesn't seem possible! He did really well at his party though and loves all of his new toys. He was hysterical with his cake, just picked it right up and ate it like he was eating an apple. So cute! Now that he is one we can officially give him cows milk. I started mixing it with Formula on Sunday or Monday and now he suddenly gulps down his drinks! Yeah! We can also have him face forward in his car seat and he and Jacob both love that!

In other news, we attended church on Sunday and I am SO happy to say that for the first.time.ever Jacob did not cry at all during nursery school! When we left him he looked a little nervous but just nodded his little head as we said goodbye and kinda watched the other kids. When we returned, he was happy as a clam running around with his craft that he proudly made! Can I just tell you what a relief that is?! Brody did great when we left him, but then started melting down. Thankfully it wasn't a separation anxiety issue, he was just super tired from partying the night before so one of the girls rocked him to sleep. He looked adorable when we picked him up.
