It's December...

...and it's a winter wonderland. We got DUMPED on last night (a good 12"). Last week was pretty warm, so a lot of the snow we had from the 15th melted away... but not for long! It is absolutely beautiful (as long as you don't have to drive in it)!

This picture was from last week. Sledding is exhausting.

Happy Thanksgiving, from my little butterball:

Mark and his boys on Thanksgiving (Noah just took a bite of a cracker):

We think Noah might be teething, he had his hands in his mouth all day!

Mason is growing like a weed!
Brody is thankful for things to chew on: And Jacob is thankful for Thomas the Train.
I literally left the room for seconds to hang up a towel and this is what I return to... Jacob thought it would be a good idea to build a "fire" on Brody. Notice Brody is really upset about this.

So thankfully, Thanksgiving (and the rest of the weekend) went MUCH better than Wednesday! We had a fabulous dinner at the parents house with Mark, Lisa and boys. Aaron had to work and then joined up with us about 5pm. We ate great food, played cards and the boys made a complete disaster of Grandma's house. Saturday we put up our tree and hung out with some friends. Sunday Aaron hit the slopes for the first time of the season and had a great time. Only a few runs were open at the time, but I expect MANY more to be this weekend! This year I was thankful that I am able to stay home full time with the boys and Aaron is thankful that his wife is becoming more domestic and cooking!

I'm very excited for Christmas this year, Jacob is totally into the lights and presents and all. I ruined Santa for him, though. He was loving the idea of Santa until I showed him this picture from last year:

Now he is convinced Santa is someone to be very, very afraid of. Drat! Why, oh why did I do that?!

1. OMG, did Jacob really fall asleep in his sled?!? That's priceless!

2. Does Brody ever not smile? He always looks so happy. Even when his big brother is piling things on top of him ;-).

Very cute!!!
