Amazing friends...

Yesterday my amazing friends from high school surprised me with a baby shower! I think it was the most thoughtful, sweetest thing anyone has ever done and I wish I knew how to thank them enough! Not only did I enjoy a delicious lunch at one of my favorite restaurants, but I the theme of the shower was 'Dinner and Diapers' and I received 2 frozen meals, 4 gift cards, 2 outfits, 1 baby book, 1 photo album, 1 first aid baby kit and 9 boxes of diapers (totaling over 1100 diapers!)! Just writing this out brings tears to my eyes. Of course part of it is the crazy pregnancy hormones, but I'm also just so humbled and undeserving! I know it's common in some parts of the country to throw showers for 2nd or 3rd babies, but it's not too typical around here and then to get so spoiled, wow! I am truly speechless! And beyond the gifts I was just so honored for everyone to be there! Debby came from about 400 miles away and it took 4 other friends about 3+ hours (one way) just to be there! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, I appreciate it more than you'll ever know!!!!
