31wk Appointment

Friday I had my 31wk appointment with another new doctor. He was ok, definitely still hoping I have my doctor for labor and delivery though. Next appointment is just before thanksgiving and for that and hopefully for the remainder of my appointments I will meet with my regular doctor- unless my her schedule is too busy - yeah! My blood pressure was good at 110/60, heart tones were 130-140's, weight gain was +2.5lbs and fundal height was 32cm. Which was interesting to hear... they don't consider you measuring large or small unless your fundal height is more than 2cm difference from your weeks, so maybe baby Austin isn't that big after all. Of course, it could have just been a different doctor and he happens to measure differently than my usual doctor, but it definitely made me wonder if my doctor will still induce at 39wks or order an ultrasound to check size towards the end. Could be a January baby after all!

Everything else is status quo.... I'm still feeling pretty good except ever since I stepped out of our car in North Carolina I've had a sharp pain in my left hip/tailbone. I saw a chiropractor while I was down there and I've been to mine up here and seen some definite improvement, but despite that it is always there now anytime I get up after lying down. I did purchase a featherbed after sleeping wonderfully at Sherry & Martin's and it's been heavenly! I don't know how I survived two other pregancies without it!!!
