Weight: 20lbs 12oz - 5th percentile
Height: 30 1/2" - 30th
Head: 48 3/4 cm - 85th
So he IS growing, but he's just a little guy. With a big head, just like his brothers ;) Austin wasn't walking at the time of the appointment and he really didn't have any words at the time of his appointment but he is on the cusp and demonstrated that well at the appointment (cruising all around the office, standing without support and babbling so loud the doctor had to repeat himself at one point). His skin looks fantastic, let's hope his eczema doesn't return like last summer. I don't have stats to compare to his brothers because they see a different pediatrician who doesn't do a 15 month exam, but I'll have them for his 18 month visit.
Austin decided he would start walking while I was staying at moms for my surgery recovery. Little guy must have realized his dad wasn't going to coddle him the way I do ;) He also began to say "Momma" while I was gone.
Austin now has 10 teeth and 2 bottom molars are breaking through (top two are in). He wears size 18month clothes (Pant legs folded up) and size 3 diapers.
Haven't done this in awhile... I think it's time for a likes & dislikes list:
- Being coddled
- Eating (despite the slow weight gain...)
- CARS (the movie and the toy cars from the movie)
- Riding rearfacing in his carseat so he can laugh at his brothers. (Between his weight and the enjoyment he gets from this we will have NO PROBLEMS with the AAP new carseat guidelines!
- Drooling
- Pretending to talk on the phone
- Broccoli
- Bananas
- Sleeping. Usually 13hrs at night and 2-3hrs during the day.
- Milk
- Sucking his thumb
- Being outside
- Dropping his cup out of reach of his parents. This was a particular favorite of his on our long car rides to and from FL/NC
- Drinking from a straw
- Removing his socks and then chewing on them
- Pointing
Dislikes:
- Shoes
- Baths
- Not being held
- Brody forcefully informing him that EVERYTHING Lightning McQueen & CARS related belongs to him endofstorythankyouverymuch.
- Teething

so fun to read about your cuties!!!!
Oh, I wish we could get these guys together!
I love that picture of Austin! Sounds like he is doing great. Zane was always (and still is) in the single digit % for weight, but it doesn't slow him down!
