The new house! Brody & Austin's room and their bathroom.

Brody and Austin will share this room and get their own bathroom with it.  Aaron and I were originally going to take it, but their furniture fit better in here (and ours in the other room) and the air conditioner only fits the other bedroom window.

Their room is one of the few that actually has drywall

Aaron had to reconfigure the bunkbeds so that the stairs were on the other side - definitely his most challenging project of the move!

Aaron removed the border & painted and then replaced the mirror & tp holder.

Light switch cover has been added since photo was taken ;)

The new house! Jacob's room & the attic playroom

The wall behind the dresser (which the previous residents left behind) was made of solid wood and the prior residents plastered in between the logs and then added several layers of wallpaper and paint on top.  We ended up putting wood paneling over top of their handy work.

The attic is where we'll keep most of the boys toys.  It's also unheated but since heat rises hopefully it will remain comfortable this winter!  It's a bit of a mess, but here it is!

Stairs leading back down.  The window to the den is on the right.

Pit Stop!

Our view of the pit stop!  A lot crazier than it looks on tv!

Celebrating 10 years of marriage today!

Pic from our Honeymoon in St. Maarten where we cruised around in a jeep!

First trip to Peterson Park & Jacob's class play

The month of June was CRAZY.   Between prepping, painting, packing & moving to a new house, Jacob's last few days of school (he got out on June 14th), Sherry & Martin visiting, camping and a girls weekend it was all just a blur.  Here are two times when we slowed down a bit:

Our first visit to Peterson Park was on the night of my birthday (May 31).  It's amazing how short the dune grass is this early in the season!

The beach was super quiet for a Friday night!

This was Roxy's first visit to PP.

I think she likes it almost as much as we do:

Jacob's class also had an end of the year performance of Aesops Fables.  Jacob did a great job and you could actually hear him singing!! (He's in the yellow Tshirt)
