Brody finished up a great year of Kindergarten! He was much more shy than I expected him to be, but he was a very good student and loves learning. He lost an expensive pair of snowpants, gloves, an ice pack and a sweatshirt but he did bring home a "green" card every single day last year! He struggled a bit with fine motor skills in the beginning but is getting better everyday. Jacob loved second grade and really connected with his teacher, Mr. Gibson, who retired at the end of the year! We are so sad the other boys won't be able to have him for a teacher, but we are grateful for the year Jacob was able to have with him! Jacob had a great year and while he still struggles with those darn spelling tests, he earned recognition for meeting his AR (accelerated reader) goal all year along with excellence in mathematics. Way to go, Buddy! We are very proud of both of you!
