Austin received a few immunizations on his first birthday including the MMR. On Sunday (9 days later) Austin broke out in this red, slightly raised, non-itchy rash from head-to-toe (the pictures don't show it very well but it's over his face as well). He was pretty clingy yesterday and has had a slight runny nose, but other than that it doesn't seem to bother him much. The ped believes it was from his MMR but that it is harmless, NOT contagious and NOT an allergic reaction to the vaccine.
Poor guy looks just awful though! So the real question is this.... how much will you pay me to take him to the mall playground and act like everything is normal???

He looks like he's trying to self medicate in the first couple of photos! :) The mall playground could provide you with a memory that will make you smile for a lifetime everytime you think of it!

That would get a faster reaction than calling "FIRE!" I think!!! LOL Poor guy! I have never had that happen! Hope it goes away quick. Keep us posted.
Ha ha ha, Love the title of this "mild" rash!! Hope he is feeling better.
Better yet, take him to the community pool! Poor guy - hope he recovers quickly
