Yikes, 3 months until he is one! I've got a lot of work to do (updating his baby book, backing up his photos). He is still doing pretty good. I still continue to hear "Is he always that happy?" and "Where does he get that red hair from?" all the time. He is still "army man" crawling, but trying out the hands and knees frequently. I think it will be anytime. He says Mama, Dada and Hi and most of the time he uses them in the right context (coincidentally, I'm sure). He is still a big boy, but according to the percentiles, others are catching up to him now. He's been wearing 12 month clothing and size 3 diapers for awhile now, although his jammies are much bigger (those run so small). He weighs 22lbs - 68th% (same as a couple weeks ago, but the doctor was not concerned), length was 29.25" - 75th and had a head circumference of 19" - 100th% - He's going to miss out on so many cute baby hats I have for him! He has no consistent sleep pattern at all. Last night he went from 11 - 5:30, the night before it was every 45 minutes. Blech! He currently has 5 teeth and a slight cold. Oh, and I think I'm getting a little ahead of myself. This morning I thought I would try giving him Cheerios in milk. Milk. Like cow's milk from the fridge. Like he is a year old or something. I gave him his first bite and he made a funny face and my first thought was "he's just never had wet cheerios before" then I instantly realized, "oh no! He's not supposed to have milk yet!" Unfortunately though, once I switched it around he really quite preferred the cow's milk and was very mad at me. Poor thing.

Happy 9-Month Birthday Brody!!
He is so cute! I wish I could see the army-man crawl!
Sean never army crawled much, but he didn't start really crawling till after he was 10-months. Boy, did I enjoy that immobility while it lasted because now he doesn't sit/stand still, LOL!!
OH, btw, giving them milk before age 1 doesn't hurt them or anything. You're just not supposed to substitute formula with milk until after they're one. I gave Sean milk every now & again before he turned one. No worries :-).
